We offer both large and small Demolition Services, catering from the smallest dismantling job through to industrial demolition. We offer a 24 hour call out service in the event of an emergency where a building has become unsafe, as well as our other associated services such as contaminated land remediation, landscaping, tank removal, groundworks and civil engineering projects.
If Asbestos is on site, we are fully licenced to safely remove it. Asbestos Removal is an integral part of our service, and includes asbestos evaluation, asbestos monitoring, asbestos assessment, removal and reporting.
We aim to recycle as much of our demolition waste as possible, currently we achieve over 95% recycled material, thus reducing landfill considerably. We achieve this by processing as much of the old structure as is possible. All bricks, tiles and slates are manually cleaned and stored for reuse, metalwork is cut up and recycled as scrap, or reused if possible. Concrete foundations are broken up and crushed, firstly to remove any reinforcing material, and seconly to produce material that can then be reused in road building, paths and car parks, hard standing and future construction. We also salvage floor tiles, timber, stone work and everything else that might be reused.
